Our staff are our greatest asset and we realise our staff's productivity and reliability is in direct correlation to the creation of a balanced and fair work environment.

We have extended a 4 day work week to all production staff and flexible working hours within the office. We offer both in-house and external training opportunities and always endeavour to develop and promote staff internally.

We believe in community outreach and local causes, and we sponsor local sports teams. We also actively encourage and support all our employee's in any charitable pursuits or fundraising. We have diversity and inclusion guidelines in place which we adhere to in both our new hires and our existing workforce.

We also try to make our premises as energy efficient as possible, in an effort to be more green. We use our waste to heat the workshops, we invested in LED lights, all electric tools are turned off during breaks, donating sawdust to local farms for livestock.
