For this project, our team designed and built bespoke timber cases, crates, and pallets to secure the bells and prevent any movement during transport to the University of Chicago. After packing, our team carefully loaded the containers and handed them over to IM Freight Forwarding, who managed the full logistics operation from the UK to the USA.
Each bell featured the names of notable alumni, making this a unique shipment that required careful planning and close attention to detail from start to finish. The bells travelled across the Atlantic, moved through North America by rail, and arrived at the University of Chicago by truck.
